I consult with a range of clients, meeting personal and professional needs through short term coaching or more in depth psychotherapy.

Resilience building is key to overcoming current and future life challenges. More importantly, it enhances confidence and performance in all key areas of life and is essential to develop proactively.

Mindfulness is another vital skill for psychological and physical health. It is the ability to be consciously aware of our thoughts and emotions and has been linked to an extensive range of health benefits.

Much of my work centres on laying a solid foundation of self awareness and emotional intelligence to address challenges efficiently and sustainably.

I additionally offer professional development of healthcare practitioners, including medical doctors, physiotherapists and biokineticists. This includes supervision and case management to enhance the therapeutic relationship between practitioners and their clients, thus improving treatment results.
